For products purchased during discounts, the same paid value will be returned to you rather than the original value of the product.
For example: if you buy a product during the 20 JD discount and its basic value was 40 JD, the JD 20 value will be refunded to you.
There are a number of specific cases where the product cannot be returned:
When the return request is submitted after the specified time, which is 24 hours from the date of delivery.
When you use the product, when it is damaged, or when it is not in the same condition that you received it.
Products serial numbers have been tampered or removed .
Products price cards, stickers, original cover, or any of its accessories have been lost.
When you receive a damaged product or a product in bad conditions or a product not working properly, you can return it to us in the same condition that you received it with its original packaging. As soon as we receive the product, we will inspect it, If we clarified that there is a defect or damage, we will initiate your refund immediately, whether the product costs or the product shipping costs.
At the beginning, we apologize for this unintentional mistake. In this case you can return the item with the same condition and packaging that you received it and deliver it to us. As soon as we receive the item, we will initiate all your refund immediately, or re-ship the original order.
After the product is received refunds are done very quickly and smoothly. If you have paid for the product through one of the different electronic means (such as credit cards), the money will be refunded directly to your card. The time you receive money varies from a person to another depending on the requirements of your bank, sometimes it takes a month to recover your money.
All factory details (or center after sales service) are listed in the warranty card which attached with the product.

If the product is under the warranty period and shows a manufacturer defect, there is no reason to worry, these costs will be covered by the company.
If the product is out of warranty, the client will be responsible for the repair costs.
